About the Pienza Villa

Both owner ladies have created this marvelous place for you, everything seems to be somewhat unusual, like for example the pool with its perfect location, size and equipment with a number of loungers.

The garden, too, is not just the central part but offers small cosy corners allowing much privacy. There are three different living areas, that again create for each and everyone in your group individual private sections - the same idea as with the garden.

Ground floor a large living room with fireplace, library, hi-fi, TV, DVD, small kitchen, a double bedroom with a separate entrance from the outside with an en-suite bathroom with washing machine.
First floor a double bedroom with Jacuzzi (Ø170cm) inside the room and en-suite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. Between the two rooms there is a sitting area with a small round table and two chairs and exit to a small terrace.
Annex sleeps 3
ground floor a large dining room, kitchen with oven, dishwasher and microwave, loft with queen size bed, a double bedroom with bathroom with bath tub.
Annex sleeps 4
ground floor a kitchen, living room with fireplace, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with large shower. First floor a double bedroom and a bathroom with bath tub and shower.
