Golf Club Versilia – Lucca Golf
A golf course to enjoy to the full……..
In close proximity to the famous towns of Forte dei Marmi and Pietrasanta and with the great panorama of the Alpi Appuane there is on sea level a golf course exceptional in many aspects.
Already going through the main gate you will feel there is something special to come.
Large parking area just in front of the clubhouse, caddy master in the same building.
Golf Club Cosmopolitan – Golf Tuscany Pisa
Good, very modern facilities, course flat but challenging with many water hazards, lies near the coast Southwest from Lucca – South from Pisa.
Very good and modern construction. Large golf course with golf resort annexed. The infrastructure, beautiful from its beginning, has undergone some structural changes and a new internal breakup and distribution during recent years and is now ideally used and in the best sense customer-friendly.
Cosmopolitan is – as shown on the aerial photo – a relatively flat but cleverly arranged course. It is rather spacious, very diversified and offers a lot of water hazards, some of which rather difficult and some running in parallel of the entire fairway of the holes.
Tirrenia – Golf Course close to the sea-side
The tirrenia golf course lies in close proximity to the sea-side amidst a thick old-growth mediterranean forest with many truly old and beautiful trees. Other than on many more modern courses the single holes are clearly separated from each another, you will not find the parallel fairways we know from many other places. Here, too – like at nearby Cosmopolitan Golf Course – they have enough water resources which means the course will be best maintained and always kept in fresh green. With the many shadow spending trees it is a golf course that is best suited not the least for hot summer days.
With is overall atmosphere Tirrenia golf course is a rather “contemplative” course that does not really hunt for the facilities that characterize newest courses.

Le Pavoniere – Golf in Tuscany between Lucca and Florence.
The golf course once was park and garden of a Medici Villa situated on the hills in the background of the aerial photo shown. The walls so typical around these old villas and their adjacent gardens are in part still preserved and use as external borderline for the golf course, also visible on this photo. The parts shown here are the older half of the course, left of the central division are the the newer and likewise beautiful other 9 holes.
A course very well kept at all seasons (being the old garden/park of the noble villa they never lacked water), rather ample and also for its length demanding.
