Holiday Villa sleeps 20+

The villa is situated above Montecatini with a wide view towards the Arno valley, like with a fascinating scenery your eyes will turn back from far down on the city spread out below you.

The panorama is unique, the sun terrace with its huge pool is just fascinating.
A holiday home you could share in relaxation with your numerous family or with friends, each and everyone will find something according to his/her own taste, lot of privacy, walks over the huge property, bathing holidays, wellness programs, shopping, the seaside or visiting the famous nearby cities like Florence, Siena, Lucca or Pisa; and why not spend a day at the beaches just 40 minutes away.

About the Villa

The house itself consists of three levels and offers enormous space for a get-together in the numerous living and dining areas equipped with furniture in typical Tuscan style. There is also a playing room for the kids. Two levels enjoy direct access to the outdoor area. Getting into the house there is a beautiful entrance with a little bar – in case one of your group is ready to do the job, you could have your daily cappuccino there every morning.
The huge sun terrace at the pool is truly marvellous, with sun beds and loungers ready for a sun bath. Cosy sitting areas with chairs and tables invite for lively discussions; one could also have breakfast and/or dinner here enjoying in the evening the panorama of illuminated Montecatini.

Around the Villa

The entire property is characterized by tranquillity and solid elegance.
The furniture is comfortable country style, the walls kept in warm pastel colours.
Over the recent years it has been restored with much care in order to retain the typical Tuscan elements while offering you state of the art comfort at the same time. Kids have much space to enjoy life, even your pets will not lose of.

Not to forget the manifold options of the Spa itself; this mundane spa right beneath you.
From here you could go with the funivia, the small train, up to Montecatini Alto.

For the kids an excursion to the nearby Park of Pinocchio at Collodi is almost a must.
Another inviting offer is visiting the splendid old villas for which Lucca is so famous.

One of the lower floor bedrooms is equipped with: 1 double bed + 2 single beds + 2 bath rooms
There are in total: 7 double beds, 6 single beds; one of the ground floor bedrooms has only entry/exit to the terrace.
Upper Floor: (with exit to the outside) plan:
Entrance/hall with bar, dining room, kitchen, bedrooms > of which one is a quadruple*: 1 x 4 beds + 2 bathrooms
Lower Floor: (exit to the outside as well) plan: Huge living room with open fire place, divided into sitting and dining area. Reading/play/work room, playing room for kids, 3 WC.
First floor plan > 4 double bedrooms;
Mezzanine: > (11, 10, 9) 3 bedrooms with single bed, these bedrooms have a ceiling less high than normal.
