Entrance on the ground floor: kitchen with dining area with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining table, spacious living room with 2 double bed settees, TV, exit onto the garden, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, basin.

Stairs to the 1st floor: 2 double bedrooms with 1 en-suite bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, basin. 1 twin bedroom with 1 en-suite bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, basin. Tasteful and well-cared furnishings, in modern style, beamed ceilings.

Veranda with large marble table and cast iron chairs, large brick barbecue and external fireplace, laundry room with washing machine, bathroom with shower and toilet.

The double sofa beds in the living room are very comfortable and therefore also suited for 2 young adults, a private bathroom for this area is also available.

Holiday villa

Above the house, over steps access to a beautiful swimming pool with overflow and dream view. The pool area is equipped with umbrellas, sunbeds, deckchairs, gazebo with sofa and armchairs (cushions will be provided), below the swimming pool there is a toilet and changing room.

In the immediate vicinity are the famous Luccheser villas with their still very well maintained parks and the Mediterranean gardens and the lemon trees in terracotta vases typical for this area.

A trip worthwhile for young and old: practically around the corner is Pinocchio home. Its creator, Carlo Lorenzini, also known as Collodi, whose family comes from the same place, wrote "The Adventures of Pinocchio" about hundred years ago.
