A truly spacious property situated on the plateau with wide views into the depths of the fascinating South Tuscany countryside and directly overlooking the ancient fortress of Radicofani, which peels in the distance from the hills.

On the ground floor the entrance room / cloakroom, a conference room with monitor / satellite TV and two PC with printer and fax machine, large living room with central fireplace, satellite TV, Sky TV and home theater system, a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and access to the garden, billiard room, laundry room with washer and dryer, main living room with fireplace, satellite TV, sky TV, home theater system, and three access to the garden, large kitchen with extractor fan, oven, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge with ice dispenser, table up and down, plate warmers, toasters and exit to the garden.
Upper floor a living room with access to the garden, three double bedrooms each one with en suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, a double room with en suite bathroom with shower.
Top floor a living room with fireplace, satellite TV, Sky TV and home theater system, two double rooms, one double bedroom, one bedroom with double bed, each one with en suite bathroom with shower, except for one that has a bathroom with a bathtub.

Arrival: between 16:00 and 19:00
Departure: between 8:00 and 10:00

Security Deposit Refund: By owner within 2 weeks minus any losses/damages
Air conditioning to be paid locally € 500,00 per week
Pool heating € 2.250,00 per week to be paid locally - request this service at least one week before the arrival
Electricity: kw 330 included in the price. To be paid on the spot over Kw 330 per week
heating according consumption

A tax per person (tourism tax), eventually raised by the Italian commune, is not included in the price and would have to be paid separately in place. In case there are any service cost included in price, this has to be paid in cash in place at arrival.
