The Lucca Villa is located in one of the most green areas, but at the same time in close vicinity of the city of Lucca with its shops and restaurants.
That is the scenery of Villa San Cerbone with its large property (roughly 1 ha) covered with olive groves, the splendid bricked pool with mosaics and illuminated, furnished with chairs and loungers, sun umbrella, barbecue, external shower, all that in quiet and gentle location - certainly one of the best spots one could choose to get rid of stress and the daily grind and worries.
The garden (5000m2) is
completely fenced surrounding the large restored villa, divided in two separate areas.
About the Lucca Villa
Situated along the road that brings you from Lucca to the city of Pisa in less than half an hour, San Carbone is famous for its antique and restored cloister that high up on the hill dominates the Lucca landscape and from where one may enjoy the privilege to admire the city and its impressive environment.
Your car will help you to easily reach Lucca city centre and, of course, Pisa or the other art cities like Florence and Siena; we nevertheless invite you to range the hills on the trails that start right here, by foot or on bicycle, thus discovering the rich nature of this part of the city.
The villages of San Lorenzo a Vaccoli and even more so Santa Maria del Giudice will be stop-overs before getting to the Pisa Mountains and the Dante Pass that got its name because it was cited by the poet in his Divine Comedy.
The Villa is divided in 2 apartments for your privacy.
Basement apartment
The apartment that sleeps 4: Living/dining with couch, fire-place, kitchenette with stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, a double bedroom, a bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 pull-out bed, bathroom with shower, wc, bidet.
You could rent the villa for a smaller party then this basement apartment will remain closed
The furnishing of the villa is comfortable and functional. Terracotta tiled-floors.
